I wish I knew. I saw it at a ski show when I was going to grab more beer from my car and I happened to snap this pic. It was gone by the time I came back so I couldn't hear it start up.

It wouldn't be. It's actually a 1968-69, which means at most, it'd have a 400, which the 455 was based on.

Thanks wasn't a hundred percent about when Buick developed their 455. No reason this one wouldn't have one though, the pursuit of power after all.
